We pledge the following in the delivery of our service

    • Start and finish dates will be given and adhered to or suitable notice given if a delay is expected
    • To ensure as far as is reasonably practicable that advice and recommendations about services are relevant to the particular circumstances of the client and that the client can confidently use all tools and systems
    • All advice we give will, in our opinion and to the best of our knowledge, be in the best interest of the client or prospective client
    • Response times will be given in the relevant conditions of service, as they relate to different management or delivery programmes
