How Do I Send You Login Details?

How Do You Help Me Get Started With My Plan?

Firstly, we are at the end of the phone to explain things as we go along.  You’ll also get written details emailed to you to keep handy, which explain how you request edits, the best screen capture tools and other ways to get the most value out of your plan.

What Do Content Edits Include?

Content edits include content on any page of the website.  Plus; changing banners, headers or footers, plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, adding coupon codes or updating shopping carts. 

There are some things that content edits do not include; custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code you may have on the website, graphic design work, taking PSD and converting into WordPress, creation of content or developing a new website or subdomain.

This Is Included: You have content for your blog that you have created, ready formatted for your blog posts layout, with images, and you want to send it through for us to upload it.

This Is Not included: You want us to write a blog post on a given subject, source some images, and upload to WordPress with no instructions on how you want it formatted.

This Is Included: You want us to include all the information that you provide, text and images, as a new product in your Woocommerce store.

This Is Not included: You want us to create a totally new custom checkout on your WooCommerce store.

Example 3

This Is Included: You ask us to use the text that you sent to us and use it to replace the current content on your Contact Us page.

This Is Not included: You ask us to write new content for or design your Contact Us page.

How Do I Submit Support Requests?

Once you sign up, we will send you a welcome email, which will include a link to your client support page.

This is where you go to submit your content and support requests; these will automatically be logged in our support desk so they can be tracked.

What Are The Support Turn Around Times?

Turn around times for support are 24/48 hours. Once you submit a request, you will receive a first reply within 2 – 6 hours.

This first reply lets you know that we’ve received the support request, that we have enough information to deal with it, and that we’re starting work. The ticket will then usually be resolved within 24/48 hours.

If we don’t have enough detail to deal with the ticket, then a member of the team will ask for clarification and request extra information; this could be as; links, logins, license keys, screenshots or even screen recordings so that we can make sure we know exactly what your request is.

Once we receive the extra detail, the team will then reply to let you know that we’re starting work.
